Design and deploy engaging and interactive online learning opportunities, using appropriate tools (Articulate Pro or Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Raptivity, etc.). Continuously improve and measure training results and impact. Conduct formative and summative evaluations. Track training competency attained using the LMS data. Collaborate with Subject-Matter-Experts to research content, identify best-practices, and quality standards. Work with Training Team, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to develop specific course content and materials based on agreed-upon learning objectives. Perform needs analysis, flag redundancies, and analyze course feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Must be able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SME’s) to create and develop training plans, programs, and/or individual courses that are linked to business requirements. With Director oversite, the designer will design content for a virtual adult learning experience that is engaging and learner-centered.
